Data collected
When you sign up for the waitlist, we collect:
— Email address (required)
— First name (required)
— Situation (caregiver, searching, professional, other) — optional
— Biggest daily challenge (free text) — optional
— Browsing language (fr/en) — automatic
— UTM parameters (source, medium, campaign) — automatic, from the URL
No health data is collected.
Purpose of processing
— Waitlist management and sending a confirmation email
— Sending a follow-up email sequence to keep you informed of the project's progress (4 automated emails sent on days 3, 7, 14, and 21 after registration)
— Notification about the launch of Entour
— Service improvement through anonymized feedback
Legal basis: your consent (Article 6.1.a of the GDPR), given at the time of registration.
Data retention
Your data is retained until the service launches, or until you request deletion. If the service does not launch, data will be deleted within 12 months of the last communication.
Data recipients
Your data is processed solely by Pierre FILSTROFF. It is not shared with any third party, except as required by law.
All emails (confirmation and follow-up sequence) are sent through Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, 7 rue de Madrid, 75008 Paris, France), acting as a data processor within the meaning of the GDPR.
Data hosting
Data is hosted in France, on private infrastructure located in Willgottheim (67370).
Analytics
We use Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics tool. Umami does not set any cookies, does not collect any personal data, and does not enable individual tracking. No consent is required for this audience measurement.
